I retired as deputy director ( Indian Statistical Servics) from gpvernment of india having 33 years experiences applied statistics particularly Sample surveys having master Degree in Mathematics from Delhi University an Professional Statistician Certificate Courses in Agrucultural Statistics from Indian Agricultural Statistics Research Institute ( ICAR) and one year course in Statistical Methods and Application From Indian Statistical Institue and 60 plus year old. Can I get a statistician job in canada Federal Givernment or I have to upgrade my educational qualification?
I can only marvel at what you have achieved academically & professionally as they are so beyond me.

I believe that to get a job in federal government, you need to be a Canadian citizen, be bilingual and pass the security clearance.
Having said that, you can look on the Federal government website to see the jobs that suits your credentials. You can also apply for civil services jobs. They require a masters degree, which you have.
On a side note, until now the head of Statistics Canada was a guy of Pakistani origin, who resigned in protest of the long form census reform.
