I received letter from CIC, kindly help me out in
this matter I am so worried now . p ls u refer letter and explain me what to
do now, I hope their is any chance for me still alive , I have submitted all
doc related my mother and uncle certificate even though he saying he
is not satisfy, My mother passport copy , marriage certificate and
school leaving certificate also submitted and about my mother
brother means my uncle almost all document. Pr card , bank account job
certificate , letter of lending , social card and school certificate ,
So I don't know why he is not convinced with all doc my mother full
name is KHURSHIDBANU MUSEJI TAI which is printed on school leaving
certificate also but he saying their no father name and in fact in
uncle certificate also name printed as GulamHusen Musaji Tai.

I am ready to provide all document whatever they want but letter
saying refused my application, so pls advise me as soon as possible
now what to do.

Please Calm down and tell us what visa are you applying for ? what category ? When applied ? Each kind of visa require different docs.

My guess is you are a PR here applying/sponsoring for your mom's visa. Seems like your last name not matching with your Mom's last name or your mom's last name is not same as your father's last name or whatever. ? is that the case ? on Indian passport last page you will generally have mother and father's name , what is your case ?

Anyway docs from your uncle can never help for your mom's visa.

I have applied in FSW and i claimed 5 point for adaptability because my uncle staying in Canada but visa officer not ready or satisfy about relation , so that reason he is not counting my point and saying refusing my file .

So in that case how to deal with them.

But I have submitted enough doc.for my mom side school certi and marriage certi and passport and almost all doc about my uncle almost 12doc.

you must improve your sense of documentation, after 3-4 posts , the mist is getting cleared that the struggle is of 'Proof of Relationship' for an FSW application as declared on form Schedule 3 FSW - IMM008 para 9 and documents around it.

Hope you understand that to prove a relationship between your mom and maternal uncle, there should be atleast a COMMON DOCUMENT TYPE available with both of them showing COMMON PARENTS.

common document type can be a passport - means both the passport should show same names of parents.
OR a birth certificate - both the birth certificates should show same parents name and if the location of birth is same , even better.

seems like you are going overboard of sending school certificates, marriage certificate (why??) etc. trying to prove last name as same. it will not help. Concentrate on word 'Common Parents' not on 'common last name'


Second document you require from your uncle is proof of his physical presence in Canada. a lease agreement, utility bills on his name, bank transaction showing regular ATM usages, credit cards statements showing local purchases.

in my view you need to send only 2-3 solid docs (not 12) proving above two points. More the number of docs , more confusion in the case !! Only admissible docs should be sent rest will make your case a junk.

So if I write a letter and send with doc ,to them than it will work or I have to hire lawyer.

Did they(CIC) not mention earlier during your Application which documents you were expected to provide ? Did you not feel the need to consult others as to which are the correct documents that you should provide ....

For eg If you have to provide your relationship to your parents then providing their marriage certificate does not prove that you are their child . However a birth certificate or a passport where parents name s mentioned might do that ..

I am afraid if they have refused the case - a decision appears to have been made . You should write / fax to them that you can send additional document which can establish your relationship to your uncle ..... However if they do not accept any document now , you might need to appeal the decision through a lawyer .
