Hi,
I want to apply for OCI and when i click on the link for part A of the form, i get a warning that the site is not secured and should not be used.
Can anyone comment on this.

You will have to "continue with this site, not recommended" option if using IE. Make sure the URL is correct, it should be
https://passport.gov.in/oci/OnlineOCIRegistrationG.jsp

You can register on that page. There is some flaw with their certificates.

Alternatively you can try and download security certificates in registration page, top right hand corner. Download that zipped file and follow the instructions to install security certificate and try to access the registration site again.
