What about PIO - does it apply there as well? Also, is there an official link you can provide that might suggest it?

What about PIO - does it apply there as well? Also, is there an official link you can provide that might suggest it?
For PIO - I believe it is a separate card valid for 15 years not tied to your PP.

Hi Hiren.
I really don't want to deal with BLS and yes I know that I can use new PP + old PP with OCI sticker to travel, however, some overzealous airline staff can create problems for you during travel sometimes when they don't know the rules. That's why I was thinking about having the OCI transferred to new passport and was looking to see if anyone has done it recently thru BLS.
