Is CD site infected or some one trying access all members account information?

I will have to investigate this. Right now, it looks like a standard email when someone uses forgot password link. It means if someone (a spam bot) has your email address this could happen.

To avoid that I may have to use Captch on that form.

Has anyone else got such kind of email?
