I think this move was overdue
When some left on their own, some were compelled to move in search of a better job. However having seen the outside world I belive a NRI is more grown mentally than a resident Indian, we will therefore hopefully be demanding a better system and accountability.
I only hope there are safeguards to check the abuse, so that some business or vested interest people won't hijack the country one way or the other
