Seniors, I need help.

My I-94 was expired about a year ago and I never returned it. How can I visit US by road now?

Please help. Thanks.

return it to CBSA at the pearson airport.

When you reach the US border, tell the official that you had returned the I-94 to CBSA 8-9 months ago. They will ask you to get a new I-94 which is assigned right at the border ($ 8 USD fee) and off you go.

If you are not comfortable with the 8-9 months story, tell them whatever you want but be prepared for additional questions and increased scrutiny.
