It depends on the area in Toronto

If you live in Scarborough, Parliament & Wellesley etc. where there is a high concentration of Tamils, then finding a place that rents DVDs is easy.

Nah... tried Nallur video at Parliament/Wellesley.. Very few DVDs , lots off "camera copy" cassettes. Can you give me the address of some in Scarb?
