You can have a good plan to live with parents in Canada. Bring them once on visitor visa and second time; try to get 5/10 years multiple entry visa. Jokes apart, it really depends upon your family members, your situation in family (responsibilities of aging parents back home), your current job income and prospects of your profession in India, whether you own a house back home or need to buy one, those are the question only you can answer. Everyone is different and every situation is different.
