Hi
i want apply for the PR but confuced . I am on twp as intra company transfer
so i want to confirm that do i need a positive Arranged Employment Opinion from HRSDC or not because the intra company transfer is exempt from an Arranged Employment Opinion or is it ok to apply without HRSDC approval.
what is the best way should i take HRSDC approval or apply without HRSDC approval or wait and apply in experience class.
please help

When you entered, you were provided with a letter of introduction by your company to enable you with an entry into Canada and obtain Temporary Work Permit here at the P.O.E. Have you retained a copy of it. If so can you provide us with the terms used in that letter? That might help us decide how you can proceed further.
But if you do get to stay here in Canada for a period of TWO Long years, then you can apply after that. But you will still need a letter from your employer and all of the help from the HR department to proceed in the right direction.
