I am glad that you got your Masters in Computer Networking in England. You have your own reasons for doing the same.
You could have done the same in Canada and could have stayed here without any additional requirements. Now you have to search for a job and also qualify to get in.
Work permits might still be the route, but they are hard to come by. Only a few blue eyed boys get in through that route.
For this you will need to have a GOOD TWO Years of Managerial post and a good chunk of dough to get in. Hope you get to save enough and get in. So, look for some profitable employment right there.
Here are some projections in your qualifications posted end of last year.

In the interim see if you do get to find a better job here, on this website, settle down there.

Your qualifications might be o.k. But it is not for us to provide you with that O.K. So, follow the normal procedures that others do to obtain the same.

Look for the group under 217 and take it up to the fourth digit.

Currently there are 186 jobs in that category from this website. They don't stay open for long. They evaporate overnight. So, whenever you have the required experience and the funds available to get into Canada, please apply for a FSW Immigration and I am sure within a period of Six months you will get entry here and will also get a great entry job in your qualifications.
They have a few You tube videos and also Wizard to test how well you fare. You can see all of them on their website.
And if you think that you have enough experience in your field to apply, you can do so right now and see what kind of result you will get from the CIC. It will cost you a few bucks. So, what ??!!
