I have two questions.
1. I heard that unlike CHC in the country of citizenship of the applicant (where SW application with Arranged Employment will be processed around or less than one year normally), CHC Buffalo processes SW applications with Arranged Employment in approximately the same time as it takes to process SW applications without Arranged Employment. Is this true? Please let me know of your comments about it.
2. I would hopefully be off to Canada on a work permit in a few months and once I am in Canada, I will submit my PR application with Arranged Employment. Legally I would be able to submit my PR application to either one of CHC Buffalo and CHC in my native country. But I am not sure about which CHC I should submit my application to. If CHC Buffalo does not give priority processing to Arranged Employment applications and I submit my application to CHC in my native country, then travelling all the way back to native country for doing medicals and appearning in interview is a separate problem (or will I be allowed to do the medicals in Canada even though I sent my application to my native country?). What do you think a more appropriate approach can be in such a scenario? Please don't think I'm in a hurry. I just need expert opinion for the most suitable and efficient possibilities to proceed.
Thank you.

I don't know if it'll help or not but just to share that it could be that you are not called for an interview, in our case (employer sponsorship for PR) the interview was exempted. We only did medicals and got PR.
