I have two questions.

1. I heard that unlike CHC in the country of citizenship of the applicant (where SW application with Arranged Employment will be processed around or less than one year normally), CHC Buffalo processes SW applications with Arranged Employment in approximately the same time as it takes to process SW applications without Arranged Employment. Is this true? Please let me know of your comments about it.

2. I would hopefully be off to Canada on a work permit in a few months and once I am in Canada, I will submit my PR application with Arranged Employment. Legally I would be able to submit my PR application to either one of CHC Buffalo and CHC in my native country. But I am not sure about which CHC I should submit my application to. If CHC Buffalo does not give priority processing to Arranged Employment applications and I submit my application to CHC in my native country, then travelling all the way back to native country for doing medicals and appearning in interview is a separate problem (or will I be allowed to do the medicals in Canada even though I sent my application to my native country?). What do you think a more appropriate approach can be in such a scenario? Please don't think I'm in a hurry. I just need expert opinion for the most suitable and efficient possibilities to proceed.

Thank you.

There is no substantial proof of the time lines that I can see on the websites. But the head hunters and job placement agencies have done all of these works and people in that line of work are the best to consult. Some one who has entered and seeking help from the website, when he reads the questions posed here might be able to help you in that, as to how long is the process time.

To obtain PR status and to apply for it, you must be here in Canada and must have a TRV status and ALSO must have TWO years of CANADIAN work experience, PRIOR to that. That is a fact. So, if you can rephrase your questions based upon that after arriving here, you will get a response from a lot of people.

If at that time you are living here in Canada, you can get the medicals done here. Once you are here in Canada, YOU ARE HERE IN CANADA. You apply for PR from within. Use the link and look under worker....

I know that you are not in a hurry, but just jumping the gun. Thats O.K. We will give you the correct answers. That is what we do here. Once you are here, there are a lot of Immigrant Help Centers to give you the proper guidance. After landing here, visit them and register with them and later on could talk with them over the phone.

Good Luck.

Freddie.

I don't know if it'll help or not but just to share that it could be that you are not called for an interview, in our case (employer sponsorship for PR) the interview was exempted. We only did medicals and got PR.
