Dear Saurabh,
LMO is the permission given by HRSDC to a Canadian employer to hire a foreign worker. Based on LMO, the foreign worker applies for a Work Permit.
Since you have already filed for your immigration, what you probably need is an AEO(An Arrnged Employed Opinion)from HRSDC. AEO will assist you in getting additional points under Adaptabilty factor.
AEO is given to a Canadian employer when it offers an indeterminate job offer to a person who has applied for PR in Canada.
Incase you need any further information , please visit website of HRSDC to see the difference between LMO and AEO
