i want to set up an heloc.
my questions are whether i have to do it only through the bank where i have a mortgage or can I do it with any other bank?
also is it possible these days to get the bank to bear the cost of appraisal, legal fees and so on or do I have to pay all that?
last question: what is considered a good rate these days for heloc?
i know it depends on credit score but what should be a good deal these days?
