There is a problem with the way Q8 and 9 are set up.
Q8 does not allow me to select more than one category for each subquestion (eg. very imp for time and rates)
Q9 does not allow me multiple choice

Thanx for taking time to take the survey.

Q8 and Q9 each need to have one submission only.
Eg - "Same time" need to know how important it is for the respondent
Day of the week you do your grocery.
