I am pretty sure we have a thread dedicated on precautions to be taken for house when going on vaccation for more than 30 days, unfortunately I was not able to locate it , any guidance or link shall be highly appreciated.

I could find at least more thread but information there is questionable. If you are leaving in winter, I think you will have to take more precautions.
