All subscribers of G3 Telecom, please`make sure the rate charged for your calls are not higher then the posted rates on their website.

I was shocked to learn that i was being billed twice the posted rates, when i called them their arguement is that i am old customer under old rate plans.

So when the rate drops i dont get the lower rates.
Its only when you call them & complain they will shift you to the lower plan rates.

Yes.. I've experienced that too, and I told them, that's what I get for loyalty. Those guys just go on.. yes sir.. no sir...

I asked for the supervisor to call me back. The guy calls me the next day (happens to be a South Asian). He gave me the credit and then goes on.. can you get me a job in your organization

They have a call centre in Philipines, which operates between midnight and some time in the morning.

I keep G3 as a backup, so do not use it that much. I noticed they are charging me 4.9 cents to India while their posted rates is 1.9 cents. Cheap tactics on their part.
