Hi
Where can I find the best exchange rates in India? I plan to buy CD $ and am looking for the best rate in India.
Is Thomas Cook the cheapest?

My personal experience was ICICI Bank gave better rates than Thomas Cook.
Some agents can give better deal too but for that you have to look up local classifieds and call them.

ICICI bank has the best rates. But I think they have a limit on the amount you can exchange.. So you may have to go to 2 different places to exchange if you are planning to bring in more than CAD 10,000
