Dear CDs.
The channels will be available on both Rogers and Bell starting the Nov 28, 2011. For three months it is absolutely free to watch and enjoy. Post that we promise the following:
- No need to subscribe to ATN.
- A price point that is less than what any channel is charging today.
- HD quality in 5.1
- Channels will be available on both HD as well as SD.
On the programming front the viewers on both the channels (Mehndi TV and Bollywood Times) will see completely different programming line ups.

As for the team behind the channels: Most of the promoters, creative team, staff are all first generation immigrants. We have worked hard at other jobs to make this a reality. The promoters have had some experience in media but this project came about as we were not ready to accept the fact that in a free country like Canada, we were being compelled to subscribe to ATN. It took us 3 years to get the projects to this stage and hope you all appreciate it.

I am not sure if Zindagi Na Mile Dobara or Roctstar can be classified as women centric or about women. At best one has a female director.
