Also this is really unnecessary and stupid requirement, CIC should only approve the application after verifying sponsor's relation to their parents.

My Birth Certificate
Parents Memorandum of Marriage
My Old Cancelled Passport copies showing their names
My OCI Book showing their names as my parents
Fathers/Domicile Certificates showing DOB
Fathers/Mothers School leaving Certificates showing DOB

I thought the school certificates is that of the sponsors. I am planning to send the below documents for proof of relationship with sponsors

my 10 standards passing certificate that has my dads name
my old passports notarized copy
India's voters card for my mom

they asked for any two documents. I do not want to send my original birth certificate. Thats not mandatory, Right?

yep information is very misleading and the way CIC in india asks this is absurd.
=in my case primary sponsored person is my mother
-i ended up sending passport copy (both parents name)
-grade 10 certificate (fathers name)
-voter card (fathers name)
- i dont have birth cert, so sent a copy of old affidavt stating the same

-basically they asked for 2 docs to prove relation with primary sponsored person but i was only able to provide 1 (passport with mothers name on it)

-this is ridiculous CIC shouldn't be looking for this info at this point, their approval in CIC Canada office should include this. And what did they do holding the application for 3 years in Canada? scam to control people by various states

You cannot fight with immigration, you have to bow down. On the other hand, these requirements have always been there and while for some countries, these are easily accessible, for the rest it's a challenge

As long as you give them what you have at hand ( substantial ) , it should be fine as they have experience in handling cases from India. Just provide enough, I mean technically it's very easy to get affidavit stating someone's relationship from India too.
