I was thinking to start part time business to generate some extra income.So i search on google and find out http://www.canadavending.ca" rel="nofollow">LINK for vending machines for coin operated breathe analyzer machines. Person was based in calgary and was selling machines for $2000 each.
He offered me discount and sold me two machines for $3500.
Now once he got money from me he just give one paper as a bill of sale.
And he told me machines will be shipped from HonG Kong, china.
So after payment i waited for 2 months.
Meanwhile finding on google i found that those machines were on sale from chinese manufacturer for $100 each.
So basically the calgary based person made a huge profit from me.
Second after 2 months when i got those machines they were defective.
i live in fort mcmurray.
i m feeling i m cheated.
this person is giving everytime different reasons for not to get those machines back.
so i m in confusion wht to do.
how can i get my money back
is there any organizations in canada who can help me
should i report to police or what
i dont know what to do
i m really in deep trouble
it was my hard earned money
please some body guide me.

try better buisness bureau or small claims court.
