Hi ashedfc

Do you have any idea which postal code is at high risk?

How about 65 Forest Manor Road Toronto, ON M2J 1M6 ?

Thanks

Any where you go Car insurance company will say: "Your are is accident prone Zone. The are high level of chances of getting an accident". So do not worry, you got to pay what you got to pay....

I was living north york paying 300 for old honda accord with clean record. I moved brampton north, still it is high accident are and still i pay 300 per month.

keep rolling.....

insurance in north york is lesser than in brampton / etobicoke. Saying this out of personal experience. If your employer gives an option , try for the group insurance.

" or move to North Bay & pay $100/month (approx) maybe even less.. "

And be prepared to be unemployed even if you are an IT professional.

Or you could move to India where the insurance is roughly Rs. 13000 a year.

Peace

The OP is clearly asking about an apartment and car insurance within the GTA or more specifically North York, where does the question about unemployment come in the picture

No wonder your # of post under a single avatar keeps rising by the minute :p

If a person moves to North Bay, chances of unemployment is very high, as there are very few job opportunities there. The difference is North Bay & North York. (TK's opinion seems fully justified).

The OP simply asked for some specific information related to North York and insurance rates of that area. How come the North Bay and its unemployment get in to the picture?

Please check OP's post.
