Facebook Inc priced its initial public offering at $38 (U.S.) per share, valuing the world’s largest social network at more than $100-billion.
At that price, the offering would raise as much as $18.4-billion for the company and existing shareholders.
Did any one applied for this overhyped and over valued IPO ?
Rumors are it will be listed at around $60 on NASDAQ; & thereafter the dumping by hedge funds starts (they are the one who actively participated in the IPO).
It might be good to short on (or after) the listing..
