Hi Jeevan,
Sorry. But it is very hard to find any part time jobs in Windsor as it is a dying city with the full effect of recession.
Detroit is the same but you can never cross the border with an Indian passport. So bad luck. Donot belive in rumours.
Dimple 2001 is from that area and he will guide you accordingly.
Be ready to spend tons of money on the full study. The exchange rate is around Rs 53 for 1 C$.
Peace

First of all, post all your questions in one thread. Opening 5 threads doesn't get you more.

If you need info about the Univ, their website provides what they have. You can't go to Detroit without a visa and you can't get a visa unless you have a good reason to get a visa. Regarding earning money, you should concentrate on finding research assistantships from the Univ and other on-campus jobs (libraries, dorms, cafeteria, teaching assistanships, grading, etc). Contact your dept chair, advisor, office of intl students, etc.

Bottomline, if you are coming as a student with the intent to obtain a degree, then you should be willing and able to face the expenses as well. Most Universities and off-campus employers are not going to offer you something without seeing you in person. That means, you will at least have to be able to bear the expenses for the first semester or trimester. Once you arrive, you will know more about the area and you can find something.

Off-campus employment, if legal on a student visa, has to be searched and obtained after you arrive. No one can tell that there are this many number of jobs since no one knows. Statistics and past numbers and % mean nothing because I can also make up something to boost my opinion. Conditions constantly shift over time and only you can determine the reality and you can do that only after you arrive.

It seems that g1 doesnt know how to keep track of his original post ( I mean he should use search option to locate his original post and post any more questions on the same thread ) .

does it costs you any amount my friend sorry to say this but please share your information if you can it will be very helpful to others instead of that people are concentrating on my track of posts

any way guys thank you all guys for helping me out....:)

it does affect as you open 10 threads repeating the same question and information is scattered in various threads .
it is for your benefit only the dimple suggested " to use only one thread instead of many " .
but you seem to be closed to the others ideas even if they are for your benefit, so be it :)

anyway good luck to you .....
