Most Successful Way to Obtain USA Visitor Visa for Family in China

I currently have a couple friends who want to visit the US next summer. It is a family consisting of mom, dad, and their son who will still be in high school during their visit. I want to increase their chances of getting a visa on the first try since applying is so expensive, considering they'll have to apply for 3. I am currently a US citizen and plan to house their during their stay. Should I write a sponsorship letter? Or should my parents do it since I am still a college student? Should they get a lawyer to improve their chances? They are a very well off family in China and have just recently purchased a new home. However, I do not know if the visa officers will believe they will return, especially since the whole family will be applying for tourist visas. They plan to stay a month in the US before returning home. What will increase their chances of their visas going though? Or should they wait 3 years to come to the US since that is when their son graduates from high school. I forgot to mention that their son is planning/hoping to attend college in America so we will also be looking at colleges in California during their stay.

U.S. always promotes tourism in China too. See the local ADs there at the location where your friends live in China. Contact a Travel Agent.
Your Parents INVITING the friends and the Family is the Best route. But you will need a lot of details in the invitation letter.
1) Their Name.
2) Their Address in China.
3) Their Passport Number and a copy of the front page.
4) Their Employer's letter, stating how long they have been with them and the type of Job.
5) Their standing in the society and if they will return back.
6) Since they own their own home, make a statement with a copy of the title to the house.
7) Travel insurance and Health insurance for ther Three of them while they are visiting you here.
8) In the invitation letter mention that you will take care of their day to day needs, such as Boarding and Lodging during their stay.
9) Mention the duration of their stay and state that they will return at the end of their stay and they will have a RETURN Ticket to get back to CHINA.
If they are well off, then the expense that they will be incurring will be negligible.
Also the travel agent there in China will tell you how easy it is to book a holiday trip to the USA and back.
