Couldn't help but respond to this subject line.
"Selling/leasing" of financial instruments is ALMOST INVARIABLY a scam or a money laundering attempt. Do not get sucked into it.
It is possible that OP is an innocent victim (who has posted without malice) - but I'd strongly recommend that you do not PM the OP - in an attempt to earn money.
FYI - my background is in commercial/corporate banking for 25+ years in several jurisdictions in Asia/Europe/Middle East (and now Canada).

Good to see your post and the contents there in. We need people who can enlighten us with the fundamentals.
A question that popped into my mind. Are there any electronic prospectus for any such instruments who want to peomote or advertise on the websites, as required by the securities commission, with/in their offerings?

Check out the Amex Structured products website - this will cover the major issuing banks.
For the other banks - you'll need to go to their individual websites. Warning - it can be tedious to collate and to read several prospectii.
