This is one such weblink provided to you for the Mississauga Area. You can also check each builder linked to this area and see what it is that they have to offer when they build such a place. Some sell lots and you can always build on it to suit your requirements. Only a few builders will release LOTS. So, they lock themselves in.

A standard 3/4 BRHK home should cost any more than $500,000 All of the builders
are making a killing. So also the Bankers and the Land Owners too. So, be guided.

I highly doubt that you will be able to find a New(er) bungalow in and around Mississauga. Bungalow needs big lots which are very scarce these days.
The builder is squeezing every inch of the available space and hence bungalows are not as profitable for them as multi storey homes.
You are better off to buy an Old bungalow and renovate / rebuild it.
Mind it this project will run you over 1.5 M if you are looking strictly anywhere in Mississauga only.

When you get more serious please contact an Architect and have a first Consultation with him. Most of them provide it for FREE and you both can decide and take it from there to the next level. You will save more than 10% if he is on your side. He will see gets completed properly and in compliance and on time also. Make sure he will provide you with reports at every stage. Also, the payments will be made only as per agreement. The last 5-15% will be held for a full year after completion just to make sure that there are NO Gremlins, glitches etc., and the BUILDER will rectify all of them within the FIRST YEAR and then he will get paid the balance that was withheld.

PLEASE NOTE: Some of the figures provided may be for an earlier period and might need updating the same and the ARCHITECT will provide you with the latest figures and the offers from the local Contractors. He might also provide you with other deals on LOTS and Locations too.

**PLEASE NOTE.: Some of the dollar figures provided were for the year in which the Buildings were constructed. They can be brought upto date or can be discussed with an Architect and made current. Will add other Do's and Don'ts under this.
