Special Requests: Please call me after 5:30 because I am self-employed and my employer does not know I am looking for another job
Auto insurance premium varies from one company to another, sometimes by as much as 100% or more. Therefore, it is always a good idea to shop around.
There are many websites that can do it for you.
I tried http://www.insurancehotline.com." rel="nofollow">LINK While you pay to get an actual quotation but the site would immediately tell you the lowest quotation from among nearly 30 insurance companies.
Armed with this vital information you will be a smarter shopper.

Hi Mr.Gill,
Thanx for that site - quite useful !
Rgds.
Gokul,
In my opinion, you are paying a bit too high - I do not know the reasons though.
When I came here as a new immigrant and took up G2 in 2000, my premium for comprehensive coverage for a 1997 Camry was about 185 per month.
Another friend of mine came here in 2002, bought a 96 Corrolla and his comprehensive coverage was just about 200 pm.
You should definitely shop around. Try Liberty Mutual or State farm.
