I have been gifted a flat in Mumbai by my father and after his death the flat was legally transferred on my name. I am new and legal owner of the flat. Now, my next door neighbor (who is also my nephew and his mother they both) are creating big trouble for me in selling this flat. They are trying to break and replace the lock of my flat. I am also suspecting they may break the common wall between the flats and occupy my property. How can I handle this situation by sitting outside India?
Please advise.
