Hi

Is it advisable to buy 'TOYO Tires' through KIJIJI, the price looks good and they are brand new?

This year I got 4 all season 195/65/16 Continental with Rim - installed for 730-40,
Toyo I would have got for 640.

When you buy a so called new tire, you don't know if there was puncture before.

Tire is not something you should compromise with.

According to you which are the good company winter tires? Also which Rim's should I buy Alloy or Steel?

As far as I know there in following order
1 Michellin
2 Continental
3 GoodYear
4 BF
5 Toyo

Alloy or steel depends on what you want, both will function same, alloy being more expensive ll have a better look, I went for steel.
