30k/pm is peanuts (in literal terms) in today's market, esp. in Delhi. As someone has also pointed out, Rs. 1 Lakh/month is not uncommon to see these days. So, look around for more and I am sure you can get a good amount. DO NOT settle for anything less than 70-80k/month. There's no saving with 30k in Delhi, trust me. I am from Delhi and very well familiar with the ground realities.

Thx CDs for the info. I did not take that job. As I mentioned I cant be away for 3 weeks at a stretch. If they start their branch at my place, I will go for it. Even if they offer some more, I cant move to Delhi.
(for Kotla match, they arranged for my ticket, thru their contacts)
