Dear CD's ,
Some Indians fellows have been running yoga classes for last 5-6 years in Toronto. I was referred to their classes by a friend and now i m in the last phase of their current session and its been a wonderful experience so far. The registration for their next session is on Aug am at - Oriolle community resource centre (2975 donmills south road , betn finch and sheppard on donmills). Their is generally a long queue for the registration and the people start lining up from 5 am. They takes only first 50 people. The course last 16 consecutive weeks and is conducted every saturday from 7.15 to 9.15 am . The course is absolutley free and i have seen even some chinese and white people in the class as well !
I thought of sharing this information with my fellow CD's .
