Hi Maxim,
I'm not at all against ISKCON, however you are not to use this site to preach anything from them or about Hinduism or any religion for that matter.
This is a service based site for immigrants with participants from every religion. It is not fair to all users to promote one religion. Reglion has nothing to do with anything happening on this site, if you would like to advertise a temple/mosque/church, please do so in the classifieds.
If you have information where a religious organization is helping people and this help can be availed by desis in need (free food for example or Yoga classes and stuff), feel free to post the info. No propaganda however. It will be deleted by the moderators.

So as I understand it, Yoga is more of a lifestyle change than just a set of exercises.
what kind of lifestyle changes are we talking of here?
Take the example of the type of food you would consume while doing yoga.
Can one continue with a heavy intake of non veg food?
