Doing Yoga as per CD is dangerous. It could have adverse effect on your body.

I have couple of relatives who tried to do Yoga by watching CD & instead of reducing their tummy, ended up increasing it. Ha ha!

Suggest learning it under the guidance of a teacher for atleast 2-3 months & then do it at home. This way you could get the sequence also.

I'll let you know the sequence .
