Hi Dear,
Could any body reply my queries regarding US visit visa. I am a landed immigrant to Canada with 3 member of my family (wife and two kids below 6 yrs age). I have not yet got PR card but planning to visit my freind in Detoriot USA. I already have US 5 year multiple visa but seeking the visa for my other three family members. I have some following queries.
1. What are the requirement other than form?
2. Do my wife need to fill DS-156 form separatly for my two kids as well?My kids have separate passports and they are not included in my wife passport at all.
3. Do we need to submit separate fee as well?
4. How long does it take to get the visa from Toronto after taking time online?
5. If we have to fill the form separatly then do we need to take interview time for kids as well?
Your response in this regards would be highly appreciated.
Thanks
When you schedule an appointment they will send you all the required forms to fill. But I don't think kids need to attend the interview, as long as they are under 18 years.

I have my appointment at the toronto consulate for H1b visa, the question I have is;
- I am currently on work visa in canada, what papers do you think I need in order for me to satisfy the immigration personal at the embassy.
- Has anybody got there visa done under the same conditions as mine.
- what are my chances.

Dear Tammudu,
can u help me regarding h1b visa interview?
please send me a some sample questions regarding interview which is asked by interviewer.
Got my Immigrant Visa (Skilled worker category) and am planning on entering Canada in Nov 2004. I intend to stay there for a week and then return to the US to complete my work commitments. Plan to come back to Canada in Mar 2005.
Have a concern. I will appreciate incase you can give me advice on the same.
1. I entered US on H4 (dependent visa). Got a job here and changed my visa to H1b (work permit). I have a copy of the workpemit (I-129) valid until July-2005. The I-129 also has an I-94 ATTACHED. However I do not have the passport stamped with the H1 visa.
Incase we cross the Canada border by road ,will I have a problem to enter the US because I do not have my H1 visa stamped or is the valid I-129 & I94 sufficent.
2. Can I get my H1 stamped at the US at Consulate in Canada. Will they consider my case for H1 stamp (as it is change of status H4 to H1) or will they refer me to India.
3. Someone told me that you can enter the US based on your Canadian Permanent Residence stamp on your passport also. Is this true?
