India has achieved a lot during half century, but there are many things yet to care for.

Education - there are still 35 percent people not literate
Catism - we have very strong caste structure and we always forget those people whom we opressed for centuries. Government is trying to bridge the gap with reservation quota - but it has incresed the gap between two main stream of India - this is not good at all.
Poorty - We still have large number of people living below povety line.
overpopulation - this is the cause of everything.

Hope we can overcome this obstables soon
