I have a quick question related to apartment lease break term and condition in Canada
In some USA state you can break the lease(With advance notice atleast one month)under two condition
(1)If job location changed(A letter from employer is required)
(2)If you buy house and want to move there
Is there a similar rule here in Canada?

not sure about new house but if you change \\ loose a job yes and it is perticularly easy if the house is rented out easily subsequently. you may also have to pay for the renting out expenses to the landlord. the house should be in a easily rentable condition.....

A tenant may sublet a rental unit to another person with the consent of the landlord. You can also sub-lease your apartment if it is specified in your lease agreement.
