Hi Sanjeev,

Thanks for your info. I appplied on march and got receipt on april. Now my file has been send to Woodbridge location for testing and oath. You've applied at the same time as mine on march 2004. Any advice or tips in this process.

I would say just wait and watch.
I completed my 3 years in Canada on Feb 19th 2004, applied for citizenship in March 2004 (last week), took the citizenship test on September 20th, 2004 and took oath on November 19th, 2004, exactly after 9 months of completeion of 3 years.

They started processing on june 8th my application

Your file was transferred on November 18, 2004 to the Woodbridge office for the citizenship testing and taking of the citizenship oath. The Woodbridge office will contact you to write the Citizenship test.

It mean that my file has been transfered to local office for processing? So it mean another 5-6 months time for wait?

I applied for citizenship for myself and family in Oct. 2002 . I gave fingerprints in May 2003. I sent some documents as asked regarding
passort copy etc in Sept. 2004 . Till now my status is that case under process. Any comments? Shold I approach Minister for delay?
