Inoculation required prior to landing in Canada?

Request you to pls. let me know whether inoculation is mandatory for myself, spouse and child age 1and 1/2 yrs old before immigration to Canada?

Pls. clarify.

Immunization/vaccination has to be up-to-date. It would be better to get a certificate from doctor. For the child, vaccination certificate is needed when going for admission to school.
