Include in this list "Sure Jobs". Two year ago I had a telephonic conversation with a guy in "Allan & Associates" and during that almost 45 mt. long conversation I did get a feel of the activities of this company. Couple of days later the same guy called me again and asked for their fees. I gave them same reply what Anjuark and her husband gave to RD International. Besides this, I fired at him and used all the abusive words I knew being part of baffled conversation over phone.
In 3rd week of Dec, 2004, I had an initial interview(So called) meeting with RD International, coz, I did not know about this company. I was really impressed with their set-up and the professional manner we talked. The guy "Dale A. Smith", G.M. kept on saying high words about my qualification, resume, skills and experience. But, I did get a feel of activities of this company when he started talking like - career advancement, counseling, strategy, client meeting, resume re-molding ete.etc. When he asked me to attend a second interview session with spouse that clicked me off. By that time was pretty sure that this company was nothing then a scam.
I raised so many questions with this guy - why spouse, why second interview with RD International, will u consider me or my wife for a job, how my wife's interview will help me getting a job, why not second interview with the employer, once RD has a second/third/final interview will RD guarantees that the prospective employer will hire without further interview, so many and so on. None of the reply was to my satisfaction. At last he game me couple of papers and asked me to fax back to them, which I haven't done so far. And decided never to fax.
Now I come to know all about these "Scam makers"

Do to the timing of (X-mas) season, I did not have the time to research your Company as well as yourself. I have discovered via your website (by the way do you need help designing a real site) that your services can not provide me with what we discussed, (Contacts,Networking and the BIG JOB BAHAMAS,EUROPE!!!!!!). However, my spouse and I have told everyone we know via (internet) about the services you said you would provide and are more then willing at "NO CHARGE" to refer said services to W-Five, Fifth Estate, as well as 60 Minutes. Which I'm sure they would be quite interested in our journey with your RD GROUP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

I'd like to know if anyone has experience dealing with this company. They are promising to hire folks on work visa.

I am surprised that this group is still functioning.
I had met them 2 years ago.
Search the internet etc and you shall find that they are not to be trusted.
Do not waste your time going to these people.
Also spread the word to anyone and everyone you know to beware.

i am looking for a job.
i got a call from RD Group them this week. a lady with a british accent saying that one of their directors would like to meet with me regarding job opportunities.
i was going to call them but checked out their rep on the web and have only seen negative feedback about this employment agency.
needless to say, i will not be calling them.
