a happy monday everyone,
i am sure there are members on board who live in york region. Could anyone advice about the existance of desi's and the price range in aroura or south of aurora, oak ridges...that is bathurst, yonge, bayview upto bloomington road. thanks.

York Region now is attracting more and more desis and the region is developing very fast.
What kind of prices you are asking? Clothing? Food? real estate?

I may not be accurate but you should be looking around $350 - $500k for new homes in Aurora and Richmond Hill area.. best way is to start looking at the new developments and visit the Model homes to get the price list from the builders..

For new homes, visit the individual sites for developers/builders like Green Park, Remington, Century Grove, Tribute etc to get a price idea. In my view it shoud be between 350-425k
