Hi
Canadain embassy in pakistan wants my husband to get FBI Clearence and also from all the states he lived in USA since the age of 18. Is this normal for them to ask this??? and if so who should i contact in USA for clearence. Already got FBI paper.

It is now required to submit pcc from all states where you lived for more than 6 months. You should contact the state police agencies for issue of such pcc. First send them an email or letter or phone tham to send you the fp card then follow the procedure as mentioned in the letter accompanying the card.
for addresses, check the web site of respective state police departments.

do u by any chance know -how long after resummitting and goign thru medical it will take canadian embassy to issue a visa?

After submitting the PCC from FBI and USA states, I got my visa within one month, as that was the only pending thing to be submitted to embassy from my side.
