Hi All
I am planning to apply sposorship for my wife and kid from India.
Can you please clarify me on the following?
1.Is it neccesary to prove my Income?
2.Police clearence and medicials to be submitted while applying itself at cpc or later to Indian consulate?
Along with me they too got visas earlier but as we have short time their visas expired/not landed....does this makes any difference?
Thanks in advance
Rajan
1. There is no minimum income required to be eligible to sponsor spouse or
dependant children.
2. The medical for the spouse and the child, along with PCC for spouse has to
attached with your application to sponsor and submitted to CPC
Mississauga.
3. The fact that they were included in your orignal application should make it
easier for the visa officer to accept the genuinity of the relationship and
issuance of visa should be quick.
Best wishes
