Is there a Reciprocity Fee for B-1/B-2 visitor visa? If they ask you to pay the fee, I guess that means the visa is granted. Is there any clear connection between granting of visa, finger printing and recipricy fee at the Toronto USA consulate ?
They haven't asked me to pay the fee but took the finger prints. I need to wait for 4-days for the result. The suspense is killing! Any insight is appreciated.
Thanks
If you are landed PR of Canada, Then there is NO reciprocity Fee

Normal procedure. Friday and Monday are holidays. So basically it is next business day.
Got the passport back with the visa stamped. Thanks all.
