My friend in Calgary is suggesting me to buy a Condo or Pent House, I checked the location, its pretty decent. I am very new in Canada, but have lived in the states for 5 yrs.
What do you guys think??

Find out about the condo/penthouse maintenance fee and the facilities offred then decide. Just for your information, a fee of $100 for condo mainteance can qualify you for additional $15,000 to $20,000 approx. in mortgage for a free hold house.

Pramod, Can you tell me what exactly do you mean by Condo fees? Is it the maintainence fees?.
I will find out more info reg fees.
Also, Would you recommend a condo or Penthouse.

By condo fees I mean the condo maintenance fees. There is not much difference in a condo and a penthouse. Penthouse is a luxury condo and is mostly the top most floor in a condo building. It could be smaller in size but still could be more pricey then other condo apartment in the same building and may have extra maintenance fee then regular condo apartments.
