My friend has been on student visa here in toronto, and since he dint have enough experience to apply for immigration he left to middle east, where he got a new job . after 4 months he will be qualified to apply for immigration. But he has a issue, while he was a student, the credit cards he used, he never paid them. So would that be a issue for him?

Nope

His financial situation has nothing to do with immigration unless anyone has filed a legal complaint etc. against him in the court of law..

Will the credit card companies/Collection agencies file a complaint against him which would affect his immigration process
