How can a student on Study permit can apply for immigration with in canada... is there any specific requirement?

In the skilled worker category you'll have to make the 67 points like everyone else.

But i heard that one has to study for atleast 2 years in canada in order to apply for immigration... is it true

that is if the student wants an extra 5 pts. You can apply as soon as u make 67.

i have my visas from 5 sept 2003 till 15 aug 2004 which makes it 15 days short of the required 1 yr to file a case at buffalo can my case be considered to be filed at buffalo.
