Mr. Massood,
I have completed CS bachelors from UT-Austin. According to the new law I qualify for filing PR as I have 68 points. As I want to peruse my masters I would thinking of coming to Canada as a student and then apply for PR.
As I am planning to join Waterloo or Toronto next fall.. do you think its a better idea to first get a student visa and then apply for PR ?
Mr. Massood I was wondering if I can count the perspective points when applying for the PR ? Like master points and 2+ years studying in Canada points.
How long will the process take if I apply from the USA after I join Canadian school?
Given that one has enough points, what are the chances of getting PR as a skilled worker?
Thanks,
Sunil
You cannot count "prospective or possible" points.
Process may take 12-15 months.
Your chances are excellent.
