i think it is very rude of you to write this type of vulgur language.
please remeber that my daughter in law goes through this forum/site regularly and i am sure that many teen aged/ old people will also do so from all over the world.

we are recent immigrants/ vistors to this country and i feel that this kind of language is unwarrented in a desi website. we do value our indian values.
if you really needed to express yourself, you should have atleast used "*" (known as star) to imply it.
the wonder is that you are not actually feeling sorry for that but rather trying to justify it.

What exactly is that? Many people just rattle out that term without much reflection.
In Mumbai...for example...people use expletives( gan***, chu*** etc) often on the street. I'm thinking 'personal values' are a better expression. This does not carry the baggage of implied cultural superiority.
Anyway...what I've observed in India(atleast in the cities) and the west is that the rich set their own values and the poor often cannot afford to have values. So the middle class is often the custodian of these 'values',which differ vastly person to person, family to family, place to place...region to region...country to country etc.
p.s: I'm not defending anybody here...some words may well be inappropiate (probably rightly so...the visitors and mods can decide).
