I am a Pakistani National. I have lived in U.S ten years ago. No I am residing in Saudi Arabia, and want to apply for Canadian Immigration. I understand that I would need:

1-California State Police Clearance
2-FBI Clearance.

How do I proceed about it?

From where I can get Fingure print forms?

Can someone mail me both police & FBI fingure print forms from overseas?

Do I need to go to U.S embassy for fingure printing?
